Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use xSend only for lawful purposes. Because xSend operates on an End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) P2P framework, you bear sole responsibility for the materials you transmit. The developers of xSend do not monitor and cannot censor content transferred between private peers.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

xSend is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability (including data loss or corruption) arising out of or in connection with the software.

3. Relay Node Fair Use

Our fallback relay nodes (TURN servers) are provided as a free service to facilitate connections for users trapped behind restrictive firewalls. We reserve the right to throttle, block, or terminate access to these relay nodes for IP addresses abusing the bandwidth infrastructure.
